Broker On CallTM
"Broker on Call" is the name we've given to a unique service we offer our agents at MORE, REALTORS®. We leverage technology and our resources to provide the easiest and quickest access to a broker when needed. Our team includes three managing brokers – Dennis Norman, John Williams, and John Donati – always ready to assist our agents.
Instead of the hassle of trying to reach us individually through texts, calls, or emails, we've developed a system for streamlined access. For immediate needs, a call is most effective. By clicking the "Broker on Call" button on our website (or dialing the designated phone number, if you prefer), your call simultaneously rings all three brokers. The first available broker will respond and assist you.
If your matter is less urgent and doesn't require a phone call, but still needs prompt attention, you can send a text through Broker on Call. This text will reach all three brokers as well. Finally, for issues or questions without immediate urgency, you can use email. By clicking a link, you can send a single email that goes to all three brokers.
Additionally, we have recently integrated an AI-driven "Broker on Call Bot." Available 24/7, this bot is remarkably efficient at answering questions related to license law, the code of ethics, MLS rules, and more.
